Robert Sutton Vince Boccard

Robert Sutton holds a B.S. degree from FAU and a working man’s PHD from over 30 years of experience. Sutton has been teaching small business skills for over 20 years and has been endorsed by state and local government officials in his efforts to provide entrepreneurial opportunities. Sutton’s background includes providing promotional campaigns for international hotels, supplying product and talent for the South Florida film industry, and creating marketing campaigns and strategic alliances for established and start up businesses. Mr. Sutton has a unique talent for tracking trends, creating opportunities with an absolute strength, taking an abstract idea and reducing it to a written business plan, securing a team, and then taking the entire product to market.
Mr. Sutton was raised in an entrepreneurial family in Western Pennsylvania and uses his skills to give back to the community and assist others in achieving their own business ownership dreams. Sutton works with Broward students in increasing their problem solving skills and resides in Coral Springs, Fl. with his wife Teresa and their three children.

A 1975 Graduate of the Southeast Criminal Institute Police Academy and a former reserve Police Officer for the City of Miami Beach. Boccard attended Miami Dade Community College Marine Institute, Studying Ocean Engineering and Marine Biology. He is a general contractor/developer, and co-owner of Boccard Homes and Kessler Construction. Has previously served eight years as vice mayor and village commissioner of El Portal in Miami Dade County.Boccard has been a resident of Coral Springs for over a decade and has been involved in the community for years. He participates in the Citizens Emergency Response Team and the Coral Springs Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Boccard is also the Chairman of the Coral Springs Construction Review Committee, the Coral Springs Youth & Family Committee and the Coral Springs Renewing Together, as well as being the Commission's liaison to the Architecture Review Committee, the Public Arts Committee and the Coral Springs Sports Commission.
He was a member of the Board of Directors for the Dade League of Cities, and is currently an alternate member of the Broward League of Cities.
Mr. Boccard is married to Terry Boccard, with three children.
